We're looking for a dynamic and driven digital expert to lead on optimising and improving the end-to-end supporter experience, building better relationships with supporters to deepen engagement and increase income generation.
You'll have experience of developing and delivering inspiring digital journeys across channels, and you'll be passionate about placing supporters' needs at the heart of digital content.
An understanding of mental health research would be a bonus, and experience of delivering impactful digital fundraising/marketing is a must.
