Over the coming months, we’ll be hosting live MQ Open Mind webinars, continuing to explore the science behind mental health – and it’s potential to transform lives.
We’ll be talking about the big issues affecting mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking to people living with mental health conditions during this time and learning from scientists about the best research-informed approaches to help ourselves and others. We also want to hear from you during this series – your thoughts about the issues we’re exploring and topics that we should be covering.
Today we're announcing our first episode:
How can we look after our mental health as lockdown eases? Thursday 16th July, 5.30 pm- 6.30 pm
