MQ's Young People's Advisory Group

Our Young People’s Advisory Group (YPAG) has been set up to ensure that young people remain at the heart of MQ's work.

Its purpose is to advise us as we build our research and campaigning activity - in particular with our Young People's Research Programme.‘'Don’t talk about us, without us’ is the guiding principle for the YPAG and a key aspect of the our project.

We are currently recruiting people aged 16-25 across the UK,  who have personal experience of mental illness, or have supported a close friend or family member affected by a mental health condition.

The group will meet four times a year in order to inform and share their perspectives on current research initiatives. In return, YPAG participants gain valuable skills that will benefit their CVs and more importantly play a role involved in issues affecting their own and their peers' lives.

How to get involved

Please contact for more information and an application form. Applications will be accepted until 23rd March.
