Sleep habits and personality traits in Borderline Personality Disorder

This University of Oxford study is examining the relationships between sleep quality and timing, and personality traits that are associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).

Participants will need to complete a 20-25 minute online questionnaire on sleep habits and personality traits. All data collected will be anonymised and kept confidential.



We are looking for:

Participants, who:

  • are aged over 18 years old
  • have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder from a mental health professional


  • are aged over 18 years old
  • have no prior history of mental illness


  • Online/home-based


Participants will not be reimbursed for taking part in this study.
