MQ works closely with Run for Charity who provide access to lots of challenge events, giving you the chance to get involved however works for you. Whether you fancy a 10K, half marathon or marathon – there will be an event for you!
Run for Charity have set up pages to offer MQ supporters access to upcoming events all over the UK, depending on which region you’re based in.
If you decide to take on a challenge, MQ will be here to support you from start to finish. Whether you need some support with setting up a fundraising page or tips on how to stay motivated while training, we’ve got your back!

To sign up, select the area you would like to take part in and on your chosen event, click register. This will then redirect you to a page where you can enter your details. After that, sit back, relax and wait for one of the MQ Event Team to be in touch. Then the journey will begin!
